Any way to have NO sidebars on some designated posts?

I have tried entered the ID of the post in ATO, but apparently the function that enables you to hide the left and right sidebar only works with page IDs.

Is there an easy way to have the sidebars disappear just for some posts where I could use the width for large images?

nope. - Posts display in the center area of a PAGE - sidebars are associated with a PAGE
