BUG: SPAN tag missing a quote

The SPAN tag is missing an quote when posting new articles. I just upgraded to 3.5.3 before posting tonight's article. I have deleted and reposted the article numerous times and tried posting additional articles with longer and smaller titles with the same result.

I am using the latest version of Firefox.

Try swapping to the default theme and doing the post. Does the issue still exist?

Sorry for the long delay... To answer your question, yes it happens with any theme, so it's a WP bug.

Actually, after more testing the problem is that I can't use certain all-caps letter/number combinations. In the previous example I was using N4C in the blog title and that is what caused the problem. No matter what theme I used, the SPAN tag was missing the title. When I removed N4C or changed it to something like n4c then it worked just fine. Very strange...
