Plugin for large amount of pdf documents

Does anyone know of a good plugin to manage and display at lot of pdf documents? I have taken on a project for a new client and they need to have a large amount of pdf legal documents organized for users to look at. Viewers will not be commenting on these documents just finding looking at and printing out. Documents will be updated by us at various times. Any help would be appreciated.
