Hi, I'm trying to find a way to allow more words in the post before the "read more: post title"

You'll see what I mean by going here: http://atlanticavenets.com/

I'd like to allow more content being show for a post before the jump shows up. I'm not sure how to do that. Any help would be appreciated.
