Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA
There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Thanks a lot to the people who helped in all these years, especially Larry and of course: Paul. Take care and stay healthy -- Flynn, Atahualpa developer, Sep 2021

My site is at www.christianhomeandfamily.com

I've been tooling around with various things and once I put a header image in the header area, the search box and RSS buttons vanished. I removed the image, but still no buttons or search box!

I can't figure it out for the life of me! HELP!

Can you explain more about what is weird?

BTW... Where are you a pastor?

What is weird is the way it is spaced... check it out www.christianhomeandfamily.com Isn't the search bar and RSS supposed to be "over" the header? What's up with all the white space?

BTW, I'm a Pastor at Community Church in Leadville, CO

The header image and logo are two different areas in the header. If you want to overlay the search and rss info over the header image, there is a thread in the gold forums tutorials that explains how to do it.

The gold forum is available to members who have donated $20 or more

I appreciate the response... but bummer - tight on cash. I guess I'll have to figure out something else...

Another option is to take out %logo from the Style Header Area box and then put your RSS and search in the sidebar.

yes lmilesw - I guess I could do that. I just really like the RSS in that top right corner. Seems more noticeable. I'll tool around to see what I can find to fix that issue... thanks.

You could just put a hyperlinked RSS image in a widget in the sidebar. There are also probably some RSS plugins that have a widget.
