All the links point to the theme options page. Other than going back to 3.6.1, any suggestions?

All what links? Not clear what you mean.

reset your permalink to default and them back to what you have now
disable all plugins
make sure the theme installed completely (did you do an automatic or manual install?)

Sorry, was a touch frazzled and exhausted when I initially posted. I (automatically) updated from 3.6.1 to 3.7.1. When I went to the Theme options page, all of the theme options linked back to the theme options main page. So essentially, they went nowhere.

I was able to reinstall 3.6.1, and everything worked fine. I haven't attempted anything further, due to workload/time restraints.
