I created all the categories I need, created a menu and assigned it to Menu2, but nothing happens. I don't see the menu on my homepage

if you want to use the wordpress menu system, you have to define your menu's:

did you include %cats in ato->Style & edit HEADER AREA->Configure Header Area? %cats = menu2
