Lost everything

so I made some changes, and magically the theme reset itself...

Not sure what happened, and I know I did not hit reset them button.

Of course nothing was backed up, lesson learned.

So after having a perfect website, now I'm recreating it. Of course it was easier the first time, because things worked.

I'm having a tough time with the menus. They just are not lining up, spacing, etc. Just want some simple menus, nicely spaced, no uneven lines with the logo or overlap with the flash image, and nice drop downs that actually show all of the text, but I can't seem to get them right this time.
