I put some text above the loop but it turns out to be not what I want. It turns up on static pages whn I only want it on the blog page. So I took it out. However even though it's not there it still appears on the pages. I've cleared the browser cache and I'm not using any cache plugin. How do I stop seeing this.

Assuming I can get rid of it How would I do this so it only appears above the loop on the blog page.

Checked the link and could not really see a solution to my problem. It's strange that the text I put in above the loop still appears even though it is no longer there. I ran a search on this forum and found nothing that matched my problem. However my need for a solution has come and gone so I'll just consign this to experience. I'd like to know what was going on there but I don't have a lot of time for searching or studying cryptic clues so I shall just move on and get on with the next thing.
