Do I need to update my database prefix in Ataualpha options?
I changed my site's database prefix (usually wp_ I think) to something else for better security. Do I need to update this prefix in Atahualpa somewhere?
(I'm asking because I got hit by the pharma hack, finally think I got rid of it, and now I can see my posts in the dashboard, but I get a 404 error when navigating to them from my homepage. The index page appears fine.)

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes.
