The letter 'à' does not get displayed in excerpts!?
 

Hi,

Weird problem here: the letter 'à' does not get displayed correctly in excerpts (of posts), instead a kind of small box with a question mark is shown?

Inside the post itself there's no problem!

Anyone got an idea about how to correct this?

I don't recall the answer but I think that has been discussed on the forum somewhere.

I pasted that code in that php page, reloaded my site but nothing changed ... the 'à' still doesn't get displayed correctly :(

I don't think so. Try a search on special characters. There are several that show up. Also what version of Atahualpa and how did you enter the characters?

Also it's not special characters in general, in my case it seems to be only the 'à'!?
