Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA

There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. [SOLVED] Title / Tagline duplicate when shown over Image

Take a look at www.splatfx.com and can you tell me why the Title/ tag line are displaying twice. I asked for it to display over the image but it doesn't hide the other one

OSX 10.11.5 WP 4.x Atahualpa(all) Safari, Firefox, Chrome

there re two ways to diusplay the Blog/tagline
1) by using %logo
2) by using the option 'Overlay Blog TITLE over Header Image(s)?'
