[SOLVED] Pointing to menu2 causes an annoying bounce in the center column & sidebars

When you hover on any item in menu2, the whole rest of the page bounces down ever so slightly...making my site look crappy and amateurish. I can't figure out where to fix it. Pardon the complete undone-ness, I'm still very much in production and this little (hopefully simple) thing is slowing me down.

I'm using 3.5.3 on WP 3.0.1

Holy Cow! Nevermind. I added one more menu item and the bounce went away. Bizarre, but I'll take it.
