Tagline Placement and Removal of Bars Outlining Header Image

I am very new to this so please bear with me!!

I would like to place my tagline in the upper right margin above my header image, but I can't figure out how to do this.

Also there are bold black lines above and below my header image, how do I remove these?

I also have black bars above and below the header image. Can u just tell us how to get rid of them? I'm running 3.51 and have been trying for a while but I can't find the option.

Found the answer.

"Those lines are added by some code in the HTML/CSS inserts area.

Go to "Add HTML/CSS inserts" at the bottom of the theme options menu.

Look for this bit of code:
div#imagecontainer {
border-top: solid 5px #333;
border-bottom: solid 5px #333

You can delete it or just set the size to 0px."
