Hi,

when I have a post titled
this blog has "quotes" around it

then my window title comes up like attachment.

Is this an Atahualpa issue, or possibly something else? Any idea of solution?

I am using 3.51 Ata, Wordpress 2.9x

swap to the default theme and check it out, is it the same? If so, disable all plugins and try again
