Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA
There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Thanks a lot to the people who helped in all these years, especially Larry and of course: Paul. Take care and stay healthy -- Flynn, Atahualpa developer, Sep 2021

I have a read-only blog (no comments). Comments aren't closed for a particular post, this is a read-only blog.
You can't comment if you log in (this is a read-only blog).

Et cetera.

If I change "comments_are_closed_text" to "" in comments.php I get what I want in some of the cases. Does not solve single-post pages.
It is an ugly approach.
And it leaves empty vertical space. ugh.

Is there no way to make a read-only blog without resorting to these things?

EDIT: OK, it seems that I can remove all texts in the Style Coments-page and it will do it for me. But it seems to leave empty vertical space.
ANyway - solved good enough.
