I'm poking around but cannot seem to find the file that changes the main Blog Title and Sub-Title.
Also I want to change the background color at the very top of my Blog Title. Can s.o. please direct me where to go? thanks in advance.

The blog title and tag line are controlled by Wordpress, not the theme. Look in your Settings/General in the dashboard.

Get to know the theme options for other settings that do have to do with the theme itself.

Oh yes, I got confused and forgot about the rest of the settings. Thanks for pointing it out.
