Hey guys how can I get a skip to comments form link like the one on the bytesforall homepage?

please be more specific what link are you talking about at www.bytesforall.com?

Not sure if this is what the original person was asking about but when you click into the comments on one of your posts above the posts is a link "Skip to comment form". I would like to do the same on my site. Actually putting the form above the comments would be ideal, but this link would suffice. Thanks!

If I understand what you want to do, to move the comment form before the comments you need to edit comments.php and move lines 79-175 (version 3.4.6) which start with

<?php // If comments are open

and goes to the last line of the code, and insert them befroe line 15 which is

<?php // If there are any comments
