Where do you edit the text of the "Not Found" message in Atahualpa 3.7.24?

Tried the solution mentioned here: http://forum.bytesforall.com/showthread.php?t=5967. Doesn't work.

OSX 10.11.5 WP 4.x Atahualpa(all) Safari, Firefox, Chrome
You have to edit index.php
