Translate Mobile Menu

I would like to translate the text 'Navigate to...' in the mobile menu.
It is not in the language file and I can't find it elsewhere.
Can you please guide me?

Hi All

I also a problem to localiezd the item menu "Navigate to ..."
Where is it, please ? I don't find it
