I would like to place a gallery/content slider in Atahualpa banner area (I used featured content gallery plugin). I placed the plugin code in different places of index.php, but the slider showed either on top of the banner or below it. Does anyone know how to place the code so the slider can be inside the banner area?
You can put the new widget code in the 'Configure Header Area' option

Thank you for the quick reply. I saw the configure header area that you mentioned. However, for some reason the menu tabs don't work when i click on it.
there is no link from that point to the footer, use the side tabs

Another option is the Cimy header image rotator plugin. That gives you code you can past in the header area box.

You are really helpful, thank you!
I see what you mean. The code of plugin is:
<?php include (ABSPATH . '/wp-content/plugins/featured-content-gallery/gallery.php'); ?>
Can I paste it directly to the Configure Header Area?

To use the php code you would indeed need to add a new widget area and then use a php aware widget to add the code.
