on my site:
atwistofbrit.com in my browsers (IE Firefox and even tried Safari) my header images seem to randomly cut off and overlap previous ones while rotating on the right side by the browser sidebar, can anyone else see it and clue me in how to fix it? Im not a newb at all with this theme and im perplexed!

If you set your site to a static width that is only as wide as your narrowest banner image all should be good.

Larry is correct, but if you dont want the images to be cut off, AND retain fluid width or wide site, you have to replace the images so they are all the same width ie all 800px, 1200px or 2000px etc (keeping in mind, the bigger the images the greater load on your site).
