how can i rename the "read more" Link and how can i make a paragraph between my text and the "Read More" Link ?

The read more link is configured in the excerpts section of the theme options. I don't know what you mean by a paragraph between the text and the read more.

I can`t find a place where i can rename the "read more" option and mit paragraph i mean a break beetwen the text and "read more"
