After clicking on the URL scroll down and check out part under the “Readers Talkback.”

The reader is able to write a title and when you can click on it and see what they wrote.

Please check it out first and then let me know if this is even possible.

without spending a bit of time, I couldn;t tell you. It is not a wordpress site, but the they are probably doing it thru CSS classes to display things when you click.

You might try looking for a plugin that does something like this.
