I understand the footer is not supposed to be enabled on this theme? but I couldn't find a proper option to do so. I did try what I could without coming here and bug you guys. I am not very familiar with tweaking WP themes and such. Plz help a newbie out. Thanks

looks like the code you pit in one of the widgets is causing your issue. Try removing what ever widget you put in the footer and the right sidebar one at a time and see what happens
