sidebar title image size

Hi, same problem with footer a while ago, where the image I have put in to go beneath the Sidebar Title, only shows a certain amount of the image. How can I get the whole image to show?

doesn't help since there have been several new versions lately - so should I assume you are on 3.7.1?
I don't see any image in the page footer.

It looks like you don't have the 3.6.7 PATCHES applied. Here are the links.

or you can upgrade to 3.7.1
