Hi. Here is my site. My logo area is still perfectly fine on every page except the one page on my site that has a parent page ("Fall 2011 Courses"). This problem only happened RIGHT after I changed permalink settings--the icon with Posts and icon with Comments appeared out of nowhere. What can I do? Thanks.

It looks like you are positioning a styling the search with an ID of searchbox. There is a class of searchbox built in and that may be confusing things a bit. I would change the ID to something like HeaderSearchBox which is unique... Just a guess. Also if this is Atahualp 3.6.7 do you have all the patches applied?
