[SOLVED] EXTREME Newbie navigation question

On my blog, I have a parent page called photography, then two child pages off that one called San Francisco and Key West.

My question is, how do I put a navigation menu on the bottom of the San Francisco page that will let you navigate to the Key West page (The menu bar you can navigate, but I want to directly navigate off the page itself.)

I know this is probably really simple.
