If I publish private posts the post headline always looks like "Private: Post Title" Is there a way to change the "Private" to something else like "Exclusive" or something like that?

I figured it myself. If you wanna change the "private" in front of the title of your private posts to whatever you like, just edit line 115 of you post-template.php file (version 2.71).
