The comment author is linking to their profile URL, how do I make it like to their profile page?

I have a few profile related issues.

1. The user who posts a comment, their link goes to their URL and I want it to go to their profile.

2. I can't get avatars to show up in author profiles.

3. Authors of posts link to the community profile and not the author profile. How do I control that?
