Up to this point i figured out how to add the add to cart button to a post, but i can't seem to figure out how to make it function. Can someone please help me with this issue?

The add to cart buttons that come with e commerce, i would like to use wich ever of them that does the trick. What i want is that people who visit my shop can add the products from a post or page to their cart. As soon as they hit 'more info' i want the add to cart button to be there on the bottom of the post. I guess what i need is the code that commands the shoppingcart wich product to add.

Is it now clear what i'm meaning?
