I have only explored the basic choices within the ATO. No advanced coding work. I'm not opposed to it, but I have limited coding knowledge and I'd like it to be "upgrade proof." (If possible.)

Put two <div>'s in the footer - give on a ID of 'footer-tob' and the other 'footer-bottom' and them use CSS Inserts to style them.
