BUG? Page Not Found when Trying to Update Center Column

I can not change anything on the "Style and Edit Center Column" page. When I click "Save Changes" I am directed to a "Page Not Found" page. Images attached...

I searched the forums and could not find anything that would resolve my problem. I am still searching even after posting this and will update this post if I find an answer.
