Anyone using Atahualpa with WordPress Multiuser?
I'm thinking of changing from WP to WPMU, and I'm wondering if atahualpa will still work.

I tried but have this:
http://i054.radikal.ru/0907/f2/1fbdac38d988t.jpg I like this theme very much but just must to search something else now... Sad. |
Well, Montezuma 1.0 works fine...

Thanks for the feedback.

Not at all ;-) I like Atahualpa a little more.
Can we wait for Atahualpa MU? |
This is fixed in the new version, see http://forum.bytesforall.com/showthread.php?p=10356

The fix is not working for me. I'm running WPMU 2.8.2 with Buddypress 1.0.3. Atahualpa 3.3.3 works fine with one minor issue (see below). Atahualpa 3.4.2 yields the same problem as Girls4Men shows above. The function.php included with 3.4.2 already includes the fix described here.
I've deactivated and removed all plugins. I've uninstalled all other themes. The result stays the same. The issue goes away when I activate other themes. The one minor issue with version 3.3.3 is that the page navigation buttons obscure my Buddypress drop-down menu. See attached screen print. Any help would be appreciated. |

Does anyone have any thoughts for me?
|
Only that I too am having the same problem
|
No longer having the problem - Flynn's fix works fine - I just misunderstood applying it - JUST enter the two red hash characters - nothing else.
Also - I don't think BuddyPress will work well with Atahualpa - it needs too many specialized bits of coding to go with all the specialized functions - just MHO |
Ah! Thanks OWENL!!! I was confused because FLYNN's directions seemed to say that I needed to add lines of code that were already part of 'functions.php'. He only wanted us to add the red '#' symbols. That is called 'commenting'. Perhaps a more conventional way of giving that direction would be to say. "Comment out the following lines code by putting '#' symbols in front of them.", or something like that. Anyway, the fix worked for me. Sure appreciate the help.
As far as Buddypress goes, it seems to do fine with Atahualpa. I'm on the way to tracking down the problem with layering. I'll post the solution once I find it. |
Has anyone had any problems running Atahualpa and WPMU/BuddyPress?
