Apologies in advance - another custom header image issue!
Hi,
I've trawled this forum and looked at each solution suggested to fix a misbehaving custom header image, but alas my hair is only turning greyer... My site is www.getbirding.com This issue arose after a recent upgrade. I've read the post about upgrading, but my problem prevails. The standard Atahualpa jpegs keep appearing as the default header image. I've saved my custom jpeg in the themes/atahualpa/images/header folder, but it just won't show. Any ideas or suggestions please? Many thanks! |
Did you delete the default theme images from that folder?
|
Thanks for your response.
Yes, I deleted all images - only the customised header image is in the folder. I've also tried to find the source of the default images, but have had no luck. They must be stored somewhere... |
How many versions of the theme do you have installed?
this is the url where the images are coming from HTML Code:
www.getbirding.com/wp-content/themes/atahualpa/images/header/IMG_1479.jpg |
Only one version as far as I can see.
There only appears to be 1 version of Ata in the wp-content/themes folder. |
Something is not in the right place and this is something I can't walk you thru because I don't know your setup. ID have to have admin access to the site and FTP or Cpanel access. I'd be happy to look, but I'd have to charge you for my time.
bt what is the answer to my other question in my previous post |
Apologies, I missed that question.
It's as follows: public_html/wp-content/themes/atahualpa/images/header |
