[SOLVED] Styling Images on v3.4.9

Hi, sorry for posting this here as I am not sure where to put it.

So, I have updated my theme from 3.4.6 to 3.4.9 and noticed a small change in the way the images are presented.

In 3.4.6 every image had a style that gives it a small grey frame (see http://img535.imageshack.us/img535/5927/img346.png) with rounded corners.

In 3.4.9 that style dissapears (see http://img35.imageshack.us/img35/2069/img349.png)

Can you please tell me how to give the style back?

I've been trying to find how to do it by myself but can't find what i have to change.

Thanks for your help.

ATO>Style Images

i looked at it.. the settings are as they were on 3.4.6 (the previous version before upgrading)...

I checked one of my 3.4.9 site and saw no border unless I opened the whole post. Turns out a thumbnail had been created and my thumbnail CSS setting did not have a border. So you can either delete the post thumbnail and add <img> the don't strip these tags section of ATO>Configure EXCERPTS or set a border for the thumbnail in ATO>Post THUMBNAILS.

neither when the whole post is presented the images had a border. Also, i'm not using excerpts (though i'm using "read more" tag), and nor thumbnails.

go to ATO>Style Images and hit the green SAVE button and see if that changes anything

ow... worked... i did not think of that before because the last upgrade i did it was not necessary to do that. Anyway, thanks for the help.

Btw, i have another question regarding images.

If my memory isn't playing tricks on me, version 3.4.4 added a small space between images one next to the other and also one on top of the other (don't know if i'm been clear).

See this http://img72.imageshack.us/img72/9162/spacebetween.png

See the small space between the images next to the other? how do i add the same space between the images above and below?

Thanks a lot for your help and forgive me for my lack of knowledge on this matters.

hi.. me again.. does anyone know how to add the space i mention in the previous post??? thanks

juggledad May 23, 2010 08:54 AM

looks like you got it to work

Keikurono May 23, 2010 02:58 PM

no, i haven't. What i want is to add a small space between the images one above the other.. i don't know if i'm been clear so here is a picture of what i want and haven't been able to get.

what is your url?
how are you displaying the images - ie are you using a plugin or just the wordpress gallery? Please be specific

Keikurono May 30, 2010 08:52 PM

this is the url http://shito-anime.net (post to see the images http://www.shito-anime.net/index.php...gel-beats.html)

i'm displaying the images by uploading them through a ftp (i publish using wlw). The thing is that sice version 3.4.6 that space dissapear, on version 3.4.4 it was there, i haven't edited anything related to the way of showing the images on the blog.

I See a space on IE, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. Opera doesn't show the space. I have no idea how to figure out what Opera does differently.

Keikurono May 31, 2010 12:03 PM

lol.. my mistake then.. i'm using opera and you are right, chrome shows the space, also firefox and ie... looks like it's an opera issue.. ok then, thanks for everything and i'm sorry for bothering you guys...

Thanks again..
