[SOLVED] Error on bfa footer
 

Hello there,
please help me for my blog jabadurquiza.com
i tried to follows how to change drop down menus like http://forum.bytesforall.com/showthread.php?t=4594
but after that i thought i don't want to change but i forgot to go back
so how i fix it back, please teach me, what i have to do

try uploiading a fresh copy of footer.php, that will remove any changes you made

How to upload, I can't go inside my wp-admin, always an error message shown when I wan to open
I really don't kwon, would you plese advise step by step

I would just ftp it, but there is another way - if you have write access to the theme folder. Go to dashboard->Appearance->Editor if you see an 'update' button after the code, you have write access and can do this:

1) go to http://wordpress.bytesforall.com/?p=81 and download a copy of the theme to your computer
2) unzip the theme
3) using a TEXT EDITOR (notepad will do in windoze) edit footer.php
4) do a select all and copy
5) go to the blog's backend dashboard->Appearance->Editor
6) on the right hand side you will see a list of 'Theme Files' - third one down should be 'Footer (footer.php)' - click on this
7) in the center of teh screen you will see the code, delete all this code
8) now do a paste in this area.
9) hit the 'update' button

now i open my cpanel file manager and found bfa_footer.php
but after i edit with copy n paste but it does not fix my site,
anything wrong with my process, is there another way?
actually i just learn how to build a web

No no not bfa_footer.php - footer.php - they are different modules. Now you have to fix both.

I never got a PM

copying in fresh copies of footer.php and bfa_footer.php fixed the problem
