Jog/Shift in Header Image
Hi. I'm using the latest WP version 3.5.1 & Atahualpa theme version 3.7.10
Have recently become responsible for the website of http://www.goffstownlibrary.com/ & there is a jog/shift in the header image when it loads & when switching to other menus (see Teen/Children or About Us menu items). If you have a suggestion to make this look smoother, if I need to adjust settings, I'd appreciate it. Right now I've created .png banner images that are 1300 x 160, combining our logo with pictures so the logo appears on each page. Is there an option for a static logo & just the banners would rotate to the side? Thanks for your help, Tammy |

Thank you, I will check this out and see what can be adjusted.

You could also create new header images that include the logo.

The header images have the logo right now, was thinking that if it was separate, it would work better, but wasn't sure how.
As it is, I tried to remove the fade option & it just didn't work well at all, so leaving it as it is for now. (instead image wasn't adjusted properly at all & since this isn't a crucial issue, didn't look any further to fix it.) |
My bad... I thought the image was separate. I think the best solution is what is mentioned in the article the link goes to. To add a new widget area in place of %image and then use a plugin to show the images. Another solution that doesn't require creating a new widget area is the CIMY header image rotator.

go to ato->Header Image->Header Image: Alignment and set it to 'bottom left'
