Got it!!! I set a negative bottom margin on the header image, and it worked perfectly! Thanks for all your help :)

So what you have done is covered up the bottom part of the jpg. If that was the problem, I pointed it out in the begining. Type this in the address bar to see the jpg you are displaying:

See the small gap at the bottom? You should fix the jpeg and them you won't need a negative margin.

I don't see the gap in my image, but I don't doubt that you do . . .Oh well, it's fixed, yay!
