How do I code an anchor link from one page to another page?

Hi guys!

I realize this is not a theme specific question. However, I have searched the regular WordPress forums with no answer.

I want to link from the link inside the text of http://www.arundelensemble.com/our-rates/ to a specific FAQ on http://www.arundelensemble.com/faqs/.

I know how to create anchor links within the same page, but not sure how to code the link to an anchor on another page.

Any help is appreciated!!!

You may be able to use an anchor tag.
