In html code, it's valign="top".

Any easy way to set it from theme options?

I try to use valign: top; under option Header >> Blog Title; but it does not work.

This is hardcoded in bfa_header_config.php, you'd have to change

$logo_area .= '<td ' . $header_rowspan . 'valign="middle" class="logoarea-title">';

to valign="top"
