Is there an easy way to change the h tags in this theme or do I have to do all of that in the css. It seems like with the level of customization available it should be somewhere else but maybe that's my mistake.

You could do this by adding a CSS Insert

h1 {
...
}
h2 {
...
}

etc...

I'm asking help about changing H1 tag for post title. I've change my post title to H1 tag. The problem is, the tag for page title is also changed.

Is there any way changing this post title to H1 tag without changing tag for page title. I mean I wanna leave page title still using H2 tag.
