In Atahualpa 3.5.3, there are two background lines under the header image in Light Grey & Dark Grey that stretch across the page behind the Page Menu Bar and the Category Menu Bar. How do I get rid of them?

The background lines are in the same colors as the Page/Category bars, but they are separate from the Page/Category bars because the heights don't exactly match. When I change the height of the Menu Bars, the background bars don't change. Anyway, I don't need the background bars that stretch across the page. I only need the center main column.
