Sorry in advance for my poor english,
I just tried the NextGen Gallery plugin with my atahualpa theme.
When you manage your albums, you can add a gallery to a page,
and this way create a page.

Unfortunately, the page I created this way, doesn't appear in my page section,
in admin panel : no way to delete it, and I removed the plugin since, no change.
The trouble is I still have this parasite page, you can see on my website :
http://www.radiatorhymn.com , page "Reviewed"

Is there a way to "force" page delete ?

Are you using the new wp 3.0 menu? Did you add the page to the menu but forget to remove it?

I use the wp3.0 menu,
But as I tried to explain, I didn't add this "reviewed" page with the WP menu, but with the nextgen Plugin (to add a gallery)
So I removed the plug in, but I still have this "reviewed" page in my menu bar, and this page does'nt exist in the WP menu, that's why I can't Delete it.

I tried to reload the menu bar several times nothing changes.

I hope I'm clear enough

What I need is the snapshots from WordPress>Appearance/Menus

here it is, but what the french words mean is : "This section is unactivated because of the Atahualpa Theme you use, anyway you can create a custon menu there"

This is where I would be heading to PHP MyAdmin to look at the database. Something appears to have gotten corrupted.

Just as a shot in the dark have you emptied your trash? Have you removed the %pages from the theme options, refreshed the page, and added back in? Don't know what else to try other than the db route.

This is now beyond the scope of the forum but I will email you my rates in case you want to have me look further.

I finally fix that trouble with phpmyadmin, I search the name of my parasite page, and I found 2 entries, I delete them all, and the wrong page disappeared !
