Wordpress Themes - WP Forum at BFA
There will be no more development for Atahualpa (or any other theme), and no support. Also no new registrations. I turned off the donation system. I may turn the forum to read only if it gets abused for spam. Unfortunately I have no time for the forum or the themes. Thanks a lot to the people who helped in all these years, especially Larry and of course: Paul. Take care and stay healthy -- Flynn, Atahualpa developer, Sep 2021

Need your help-please! My Text in the Main Center Body is too far to the left. I'm in LAYOUT
for Container. It mentions not to use margins. Been trying different things. Please how do I set
the text to get off the left side?

lmilesw - Thank you I changed the padding and it works. I thought that padding was used mainly for
top and bottom and not left and right? And that margin with 4 spots is translated in line as top, right, left, bottom. Could you explain then the difference of padding and margin? I seem to be a bit confused.
But Thank You for responding while juggledad is out. I was hoping someone should know this simple step.

With margins and padding the sequence is top, right, bottom, left (clockwise). If only two meausurments are used the first is for top and bottom and the second if for left and right.

Padding for a container (div for example) is how much space is between the side of the container and the contents. Margin is the distance between two adjacent containers.
