Ever since I upgraded my drop-down menus look all screwed up: http://isfnpub.com

The black background only borders the text, so if two menu items are of different sizes in the drop-down menu, it looks real bad.

I don't get the downward arrow beside the drop-downs (I've had to write them in myself).

Anyone know what's going on?
