Is it possible to display the child pages in a horizontal menu bar as opposed to a drop down list? I know how to remove the menu bar with the categories listed in it; however, in it's place I want to show the child pages for each main page when that page is active.

Would it be easy to do, nope
The CSS that controls the menus is over 400 lines of code, so it would be a major investment of time.

It is wierd to me that it isn't already an option! Horizontal menus are standard design with drop downs for many online systems.
