[SOLVED] How do I increase number of lines displayed in each post?

I know that this has to be something pretty simple. After fiddling with my new WordPress 2.9.2 installation with the Atahualpa 3.4.9 theme installed I cannot find a setting to simply display more lines of each post. My WP now displays 3 lines of each post before the "more" link is displayed. I'd like to display about 25 lines of each post before the more link. I've google for this and searched this forum; maybe I'm blind, but I can't find the solution. Thanks in advance. - Mike
