I am looking after the website www.newcastleslsc.com.au, and I am having trouble loading some images on the home page only.

As you can see if you look at the page the headers load perfectly, but the club logo which lies below the text and the images on the left hand side in the social slider tab just come up with those moving boxes.

Any ideas why this would be happening or advice to fix it??

Try disabling the Events Calendar. There have been threads about that causing issues. I liked the way it worked on your site so just installed it and after installation I could no longer drag items into my widget area so there may indeed be some problems with that plugin. I hope they update it soon.

Looks like it worked.

Yeah it looked good and fitted in well, just a shame it messed up the rest of the page. Here's to hoping they get it sorted out soon.
