I would like to use Atahualpa
theme for wp.org
but i would like to know if it works the same as in wp.com concerning the editing.

Im use a wp theme there and the wp editing tool lets me copy, past, insert picutures with knowing html (visual mode)

Atahualpa is not available at wp.com's free blog hosting. At wp.com you'll have a fixed set of themes to choose from. Those themes don't change frequently.
